15 months

So, that makes it 8 months after the last post? Ha ha. Oops.
Well, I was going to post about beautiful Megan at 15 months, but she's waking up from her nap, so I'll just copy and paste a comment that I wrote to someone who asked me about her talking.

She says SO much that I can't tell you all the words she knows. BUT I don't think the average person would be able to tell that she's using real words, not just babbling. :) Some of her favorite words: wawa (water), moh (more), cah cah (cracker, cookie, chocolate, quack quack, cereal, etc....they all have a slightly different vowel sound or inflection. :)), mih (cow's milk), nuh (nurse), dew (juice), Plbee pee (cheese please - the plb is like a raspberry sound), hi, bah bah (bye bye or pacifier), bah bee (baby, belly, etc), nigh nigh (night night), mehmoh (elmo), bahbop (grandpa, papa, opa), dada, mama, dah doo (thank you), bah (ball or pacifier or sometimes block), nuh nuh nuh nuh nuh(no no, or Christmas tree or wreath, etc...ha ha), cack (jacket)....I dont know. There's tons more...and she surprises me every day with more words or with the relative clarity with which she speaks them. :) Oh, and her favorite thing of all is imitating noises. Any strange noise, she'll point and imitate. She knows almost all her animal noises (cow, horse, elephant, dog, cat, squirrel, rabbit, deer, bird in general, crow, lizard, mouse, fish, lion, bear, etc.)...or at least what we've taught her they say which may not always be accurate. :) And lots of other noises too (drum, bell, clock, toaster, microwave, etc.)
